Friendly staff the store is always clean and tidy the staff here probably make the best coffee between all the Otr’s out there coffee I had today made by tayla was the best I’ve had from there which is tough to do considering they are always of the highest quality

I visit a store Saturday around 1am.Customer service is really pathetic. Person who work there behaves such a lunatic way.OTR should have to raise standards of service.

Worst customer experience !Went there last night to buy snacks and fuel. Knocked on glass door and rang the bell as well, the guy inside ignored and he didn’t even want to look out at the entrance. I’ve NOT BEEN SERVED!! Eventually I had to leave without buying anything!!it is irresponsible, amateur, and unprofessional.

I AM A BIT DEAF AND IN LAST FEW DAY I SAW A CUSTOMER INSULTED BY APORTO STAFF AT GLENSIDE BECAUSE GHE HAD TROUBLE HEARING STAFF ..THE STAFF PERSON SO RUDE WAS MARNERY..I THINK THAT IS HIS NAME..WHEN CUSTOMER TRIED TO GET STAFF MEMBER NAME OTHER STAFF MEMBER LIED TO HIM AND GAVE FALSE NAME.I SAW THE CUSTOMER TRY TO GET THE OFFENDING STAFF MEMBER NAME ON HIS PHONE BUT HE COULD NOT...I SAW THIS CUSTOMER A FEW DAYS LATTER TRYING TO STAND UP FOR HIMSELF BUT STAFF OPORTO INSULTING . NOT UNCOMMON TO GET VERY BAD STAFF HE AT THIS SERVO OPORTO...THEY MAKE ME OFTRN VERY NEROUS..I AM ELDERLY AND FIND STAFF OFTEN VERY OFF HAND..I HAVE SEEN THE OTHER CUSTOMER HERE BEFORE HE GIVES VERY GOOD CUSTOM AND SEEM IS A NICE PERSON.MARY

The staff here are great and the store manager is absolutely fantastic, he goes completely above and beyond for customers and his workers. OTR are lucky to have such an amazing manager! Better coffee than a lot of cafes around too!

Possibly the slowest, mismanaged OTR I have been too.Oh you want to quickly grab a pie and get back to work? Please wait 20 minutes while we take a cold 1 out of the display, and put it in the oven, and forget about you.

I visited OTR, at greenhill. The time of visit was between 12:30-12:45 am.The worker at the OTR, spoke in a very impertinent manner with extreme arrogance in his tone of voice. This happened when I requested the worker to allow me inside to just know that Oporto is open or not, as I was without mask and had to buy some other things as well. The worker spoke to me in an irrational rasist manner and try to literally dispel me from the shop. It felt really bad, yet I ignored and went back to my car, when I saw the same worker, allowing two other men, who seemed like australian origin, without mask. When I went inside to look into the situation I saw the same worker offering mask to the same guys. This completely shook me up, from the core. I was extremely disturbed and distressed with his behaviour, I have never encountered such an act from anyone till now.

Stopped to get a hotdog for Mr 5 year old safe to say it was thoroughly enjoyed and he ate the whole thing which is unusual so 5 stars Moe's hotdogs

I have been coming here for over a year quite regularly and not one issue but today its a 1 star stood there for couple of mins to be served yeah ok but my coffees was ages as people after me where getting theres which would have been mine asked about and all he could say was i don't know and turned away. Today I'm seriously not happy with the all round service. Will i come back? Don't know
