Great place to get your Honda look for Richard he will sort you out

I went in to get 3 things fixed. My engine oil leak, my AC and my remote car keys locks. Non of the 3 things were fixed after 4 hours even though I got charged $400.I also got told to rebook my car in the next month and maybe there might be a chance it will get fixed then.Worse experience, time wasted and slow service. What a waste of my money and time. I'm deeply disappointed and I feel cheated.

Made an appointment to view a car that they had for sale. Had to leave work early and go out of my way to view it. When i arrived they say the car sold. Is not to hard to call or message to say its been sold so i dont have to waste my time. Better spend my money elsewhere.

So it started by me contacting Honda as there was a slight shudder in my gear box. The guy who answered the phone straight away advised that I needed an Oil flush which means that the oil had to be changed first time, flushed and then changed again.When Honda inspected my car they couldn’t feel the shudder and they had the nicest mechanic btw. Long story short, I just told them to go ahead with the flush just to be safe.2 hours later, the Service adviser (Jackie) told me that its done and we changed the oil only and no flush. When I argued how can a single oil change cost the same as an oil flush? He said: “well you didn’t need it” and just kept on dismissing me.He was very rude and did not even want to hear my point.I ended up paying for something I did not receive!Terrible experience Honda.

Was an absolute pleasure getting my car fixed at Collins Honda.I needed a replacement fuel plug for my Honda HRV 2015 and needed my car asap. They manage to fit me in within the next few days and replaced my fuel plug promptly, allowing me to get back on the road in no time. I really appreciate the work and flexibility that Collins Honda had when dealing with my problem. My car now drives like a dream!
