This was a nice building to live in until a 10 story apartment building was started right next door.. I used to have a great view of Buckley Street, but now I only see concrete.. There will be no privacy here when this build is complete.. The builders are making our lives hell.. It took 4 months to get a replacement key, so I could enter the stairs.. Not well managed at all..

Do not move here! The location is close to the city but it's on a road that is very heavy with traffic , trucks throughout the night. And you can hear the trains and trucks loud and clear . The bedroom facing the train and road does not have a double glazed door so you can hear everything .

Great location and really spacious apartment. Yes it is close to the train tracks but the trains don’t bother me much at all. I can’t hear the traffic either as my apartment is further back from the road. No other issues to speak of so far.

Building full of problems. Poor insulation, condensation through windows causing damage to walls and frames, poor build quality, building plumbing issues causing hot water issues and high utility bills, bumpy floor boards, noise of vehicles and train are evident during the night. I don't recommend this building
