We used this facility for a few months and couldn't have been happier with the nice clean premises and storage unit but the biggest cudos should go to Brian,the manager who is a lovely,helpful man and a great pleasure to deal with-he can't do enough for you.The lady in the office is wonderful as well.Would recommend this company highly in an industry which often contains a lot of cowboys-very honest and genuine.

Absolutely outstanding service from the team but special mention must go to Brian who is without doubt one of life's good guys! Nothing is too much trouble...ever!Old school service levels that anyone wanting to train their staff on how it should be done should send to observe these guys in action!

Brian is the most wonderful person you could ever meet, he is beyond helpful and goes the extra mile. He even helped me move items from one storage unit to another without being asked. Highly recommend this storage facility.

I agree that Brian is very friendly and helpful. He has helped us find trolleys and carry furniture and other articles into the storage unit. This has been a great help, particularly after my husband had heart surgery. The storage area is always dry and clean and we have seen no evidence of pests or insects, despite the influx of ants on the Northern Beaches.
