Took my granddaughter to just get her nails painted for her 8th Birthday. We got there not long after opening and got in the queue. That little angel sat there for two hours not once complaining, waiting for her turn. Women were coming in after us and getting their treatments. I asked politely why they were going ahead of my granddaughter. One of the workers came over to me screeching that she would have to just wait her turn. When I asked why, she just kept repeating that she would have to wait because she was a child! When I demanded a refund on the gift voucher, we were finally seen. No apology. Their attitude was disgraceful, making a child wait for the long. I definitely will not be going back there ever again. Worth experience ever!!

I got shellac done on my nails. The nail technician was good and efficient, however, the man at the counter was unfriendly and very hard to communicate with. It was also $30 if paying by card and $35 for paying with cash which is completely unheard of. There is no surcharge with cash, unlike with a card machine. He would not explain to me why.

My colleagues from David Jones recommended me to go to professionail and I have been constantly going back to see Amy since then. Such lovely people and they do such a great job, highly recommend. Thanks Amy for always looking after me!

Have been coming to this salon for 10+ years and yes with time comes new staff but this recent new change has turned me off this nail salon for good. It seems as if no one was the manager organising things and no one appeared to me fully qualified or knew how to do basic things. The service was bad and at one point the nail technician argued with me on how I wanted my nails because she didn’t like it, and then cut me while filing my nail and blamed me for it . BRING BACK AMY and her girls these new staff have pushed me to find a completely new nail salon after 10+ years because they were that bad.

Best spa pedicure I've had in a very long time. Their attention to detail is incredible. Comfortable and relaxing.

In Manly on holiday from the UK. pulled some of my home applied acrylics off and searched for hours reading some shocking reviews of nail bars! Came to the mall especially for ProfessioNail treatment and wasn't disappointed! Friendly staff, LOADS of colours and awesome looking nails again yey :)

I arrived at 3:40, we waited in the waiting area and was then seated down in the chairs, we then ignored for the first 30 minuets and someone finally came over and started my nails then did my friends we never got given one person to do our nails, all the ladies made multiple terrible mistakes and the nails were not what we showed as inspiration, when we corrected the ladies they dismissed us, they would constantly be in the middle of doing your nails and would get up and leave and go to a different client, and we will just be sitting there not knowing what to do, in total we were there for 4 hours!!!! (including having the fix up the terrible mistakes they made) they were the easiest nails to do just a simple acrylic shellac. Some errors included. 1. not painting to the cuticle 2. when filing down nails they cut our cuticles multiple times, causing them to bleed. 3. treated everyone around us so much better while we were discriminated- everyone around us, took only an hour and received a beautiful cuticle oil. And a hand massage and I received none of that and had to beg the lady. 4. after the lady “finished” my nails. There was leftover glue, stuck all over my fingers underneath the nails and all over my hand. 5. there were dents in my nails and they were really badly done, and I said that to the lady and she tried to blame me for it for apparently bumping it. 6. terrible overall job of the nails. Overall I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy and last night, all like a dream about was ripping them off my bare fingers. I am so utterly out raged and disappointed since it’s called “professio nails” worst place i’ve EVER BEEN. the terrible nails then costed me $80 which were the most overpriced ugly things i could ever pay for and i demand some sort of re do or money back. 0 stars

Extremely rude staff. Sat down to have my nails done. Gentleman brings me the colours, I ask him for help with choosing colours so that I can match them with my current nail colour I got at a different salon and so I can ask some other questions as some of the colours look pastel but are actually sheer. He says he doesn’t know and that he will get someone to help me. He comes back 2 minutes later and asks if I’m ready, I politely ask whether someone could help me with the colours and he says he will get someone. He then comes back again 2 minutes later asking if I’m ready. I politely ask if he knows which colour would be a match, he says he doesn’t and I ask if someone else could help me. A female employee yells across the other side of the room “he doesn’t know, stop asking him, he told you he doesn’t know”. She yelled this infront of everyone in an agitated manner. Shocked, I let her know that he had let me know twice he would get someone to help and that’s why I asked him (he never once said no one was available nor did he explain anything else). She again yells over saying “he doesn’t know just choose a colour” in a very irritated and snappy manner, then turns around and continues working on another persons nails. Shocked and embarrassed by this I decided not to proceed with the service. I’ve never ever had an issue getting someone to help with questions about colours and nails and never had someone yell at me in such a rude manner because I asked for help for a service I am paying for. Absolutely appalling service.

Went to the nail salon on Thursday night. Only 4 people getting their nails done but was told to come back in 20 mins so we did that to then come back to the salon to see 3 other people getting nails done and we were told to sit down in the chairs where it then took another 20 mins until someone asked what colour we wanted. I was with my friend who was getting infills and I was getting a full set but needed removal of the shellac. The lady started my friends infills and I hadn’t been served yet. My friend got her nails done and I was only starting to get polish on mine. The ladies working were rude and dug into my skin and pulled my hand towards her. No one spoke to us while getting our nails done where as if I was to go somewhere else they would. All I was asked was “shape?” To add on the place was a mess, nails on towel in front of me, polish on the floor, walls and chairs. Below my feet was a tissue and more nails. I will not be returning to this place.
