Andy was quick to respond and incredibly comprehensive in both his report and communication with us. I had just signed a contract to buy a house and he was able to get the report to me with a one day turnaround, comfortably helping get us informed with plenty of time to spare within the two day cooling off period.Not only was the report very informative and easy to read his follow up call helped walk us through understanding future concerns and issues.

I am very impressed with your professional approach to your work. The reports you write are clear, simple and professional. Before I engaged you to provide me inspection service, I did not know that you could utilised the service of a private inspector to assess the quality and standard of a build house. My advice to any one building a house, please make use of private inspectors they do a good job at a reasonable cost and will save you from the trouble of having to bear the cost of fixing a house that is not properly build......there are dodgy people out there
