Treendale Fish and Chips

First time to this fish and chip shop .Absolutely beautiful fish and chips and dim sims it was all cooked perfectly and not saturated in oil . Service was friendly and quick.Definitely recommend .

This fish and chip shop is the most consistent out of all the local shops. By consistent I mean you get the same amount of food for your money, which helps when feeding a larger family. Too many F&C shops are up and down on their quantities which makes it impossible to order the right amount, especially when on a budget. I feel they also give the best amount of chips for your dollar and are always cooked the same. ******Update: got $5 chips December 2023 and it was the smallest amount of chips I've ever had, just lucky the wife was on a diet, barely enough for myself and 3 kids ****** Without paying a premium for fresh fish the usual fish here is cooked well and tastes great (snapper, shark, hake). When they are busy it can be very hard, and sometimes down right impossible, to make contact with them by phone to place an order. Do not go by the prices on the menu on Facebook as they were from a previous owner and are incorrect.

It's either bell peppers fish and chips or here. Have always had a good feed with descent portions. Oil used to cook is always fresh, order accuracy has never been wrong, product has always been fresh and tasty.

Usually pretty good, there burgers are really good and a good price, haven't had a bad bit of fish, would be 5stars but I ordered a gravy once and got it home and was inedible, wouldn't even come out of the tub, I've never seen gravy like that ever

Have always had a good feed out of here, but tonight it was terrible. Chips were half cooked some still raw in the middle, and so much oil.. The serving size was half of what it used to be. Pay more get less.

Ordered a piece of grilled Hake for $9, Plus an extra charge of $1 to be grilled. Extremely disappointed with the portion size for that amount of money. I called and complained basically to be fobbed off. Don't thin I will be going back for a while. She could have had the courtesy to offer me another price. # The 5oc is for size comparison and that thin!

Best fish and chips going around! The batter is always perfect!Good quality fish and chips not like the other fish and chips shops in the area.

We brought once before didn't like chips where pale and soggy spoke to them and where told next time they would cook them longer today I rang up and asked chips to be cooked longer when I got home same issue rang store to be told they can't cook them longer as they fall out the basket, not true used to work in a fish and chip shop. They didn't say sorry waste of money had to refry them myself. How hard is it to serve crispy golden brown chips not pale and soggy come in

When it comes to a great feed this is the shop to go too .Fish is great and fresh, as is other products ,sevice is fast and friendly.
