Helium have been absolutely faultless from start to finish and I am so happy I chose them.I wanted to take my small business to the next level. I knew I needed to go “online” but I knew absolutely NOTHING about websites, hosting , online shops, auto payments, auto downloads etc, I felt totally overwhelmed and stressed. I had invested so much into this new goal.Tim at Helium drove the entire project and did EVERYTHING. He helped me with every single question I had and was always willing to go above and beyond to get things added, done or changed as I changed my mind or thought of something new.Can’t not fault Helium!!!! Honestly. Would recommend every day of the week!

It saddens me to leave their first non-5 star review.After hearing the ads on 98.5 and seeing the raving reviews, I was very excited to work with Helium Marketing.Unfortunately, the issues I experienced were;- the Facebook ad copy initially agreed upon was not used- the Facebook ad images were not formatted properly and part of the image was cropped out of the ad for no reason- communication with some of the staff was OK. They spoke very friendly and politely but there seemed to be a resistance to address their responsibility for the mistakes being made- they charged the wrong Facebook ad payment account (as I manage a 2nd Facebook page for a charity, they ended up having money out of the account, causing a scare of their account being hacked)The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the site audit for SEO purposes was amazing, very detailed and clear on where to go. Also, Scott (the Director) was very open with me and I felt understood when explaining my issues to them.Maybe they'll do better with future clients but I kept having problem after problem and had to pull out.

We found the team at Helium to be friendly and professional. They designed our new corporate image (Riverton Baptist Community Church), and we are very satisfied with the result. We also took advantage of their one day website build. This was a smooth and pleasant experience. The team listened to our needs and offered helpful advice without being pushy.
