Thank you Studio Juna for another fabulous booking!From my very first brow appointment, Amelia has been a delight and so very professional.I really didn’t have any idea of what was going to suit me, I was completely in her hands.The outcome has been so fantastic, I’m over the moon happy with what Amelia has done for me, her advice has been spot on.I’ve been having brow lamination done and today tried the brow-mapping, outstanding!!!Studio Juna has always been super accommodating of appointment changes when I’ve had to move things around, no problem at all, Amelia is happy to find a new appointment for me.I’m thrilled to support this fantastic small business and can thoroughly recommend Studio Juna to my friends and family.

I get a regular spray tan every week with Michelle who does a wonderful even job that results in a long lasting even tan & recently got my eyebrows done via eyebrow mapping and as I have a scar on my eyebrows that caused one tho be off shape studio Juan perfected what any other eyebrow technician hasn’t been able to perfect in years. I am beyond amazed & happy with my outcome. Pricing is super reasonable and service is by far a positive experience.

Highly highly recommend the ‘brow mapping’ sessions if you want your brows to be elevated to the next level. So amazing at what you do!

Pretty disappointed with the handling of business. I had an appointment a few weeks ago and paid a deposit and on my way to my appointment my daughter was sick in the car, I phone and explained what had happened and apologised that I couldn’t get to the appointment for obvious reasons and I would reschedule, which I did for the following week.After my appointment I was a bit shocked as to how expensive it was as I had already paid 2 x $40 deposits and questioned the price and asked if my deposit from the week before would go towards the appointment to which I was told it wouldnt as I canceled within the 24hr cancellation period. I was also over charged $20 which ended up being refunded.I think the whole thing has been a mess around, as a small business owner myself I understand people cancelling appointments last minute is unfortunate but I thought I was doing the right thing as Amelia is an expecting mum and wouldn’t want me bringing my sick daughter to the appointment and potentially make her sick.Maybe once Amelia has her baby she might understand that life happens and kids get sick and might rethink her 24hr policy and be a little bit more compassionate.
