We bought the recommended size of tips. They split. The company would not replace them and just wanted to sell us bigger ones. Not recommended.

Excellent quality products. Bought these online as I'm based in Victoria. The most useful thing these guys offer, is the ability to offer a sample pack to try out. The sample pack is free and you only need to pay for the postage. This has been immensely helpful to try before you buy. I'm happy with the chair tips that I've chosen and they feel like very good quality. Would recommend again in a heartbeat.

Really impressed with the service I received. I ordered some samples, then I received a courtesy call from Chair & Table Tips Australia to ask about my chairs and deck to make sure I had chosen the right samples to try. They gave me an additional sample (something I hadn’t considered) just in case that would also work. When I decided on my chair tips and ordered, they sent a few extras so I have some spares. The product itself is high quality and exactly what we needed to protect our deck from scraping chair legs.

Rogue trader, I purchased some chair tips but when recieved they where not fit for purpose (wouldn't fit chair legs). Contacted Michael who replied to hit them on with a malletbefore sending them back, I did but still would not fit so Sent them back. He will not give a refund and has become very hard to deal with. CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE.Be very careful buying from this guy.
