The whole team at Donaldson and Sons are professional, helpful and incredibly friendly. As a tenant, I have previously felt intimidated by real estate agents but Trevor and the team have been nothing but helpful and supportive. They take each case into consideration and from the moment I handed in my application I felt like I wasn’t just a number, that they considered me as a whole person. Highly Recommend the Donaldson Real Estate team for both tenants and landlords. My family were tenants of theirs for over 11 years and I have always experienced friendly and timely communications from everyone there every time. They never treated me like just another box to tick off. They addressed every minor query or concern and always helpful when we needed to liaise with landlord without it being an inconvenience. I first met the Donaldson team 18yrs ago and since then have both bought and sold through them, they also currently look after my rentals. I mainly deal with Dale and Trevor but have found the whole team to be extremely professional and friendly. Any issues that arise are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend Donaldson to lease anymore. Many issues with recommended new tenant and couldn't manage it properly. Small issues became bigger and so stressful. eventually changed to other agency.

Bought and rented through Donaldson Martin & Co in Narre, could not recommend them more. Good, efficient team. Brett was outstanding to deal with while buying and I have been dealing with Trevor in rentals ever since. Very helpful, informative and proactive. Trevor always keeps me posted. Gets the little things done with minimum fuss. 5 years and I still look forward to leasing my property through Trevor and team.
