Telstra Kingaroy

No customer care at all!! Do not care, don't want to help!! It's an absolute joke that place and I don't know why telstra even bother having the store. Purchased a Telstra phone as I'm on BYO plan and their comment was phone not from here, can't help you, it's a Telstra phone and I have a Telstra account! They have no knowledge, no care, certainly don't want to deal with you unless your buying something.... making sales.The worst attitude and customer service. Would never deal with them again!

Nobody seems to care about what you want or need. I was even made to wait longer than I was supposed to because one of the workers helped his friend who came in 10 minutes after me before me. It's an absolute joke that place and I don't know why telstra even bother having the store. Also you can forget about getting help from them after you have purchased something. Once they have sold you something they don't care about helping you set up anything or if you experience a problem.

We always go to Kingaroy store and have never been disappointed.Have had problems with Outlook and have been back 3 times.Nat has done updates for Outlook in then my phone and today did a reinstall and Outlook back working.Thank you for your patience Nat

Yea don't go here, they tell you that you can't have anything. I am after a UPS for my modem but the guy there said I am only allowed it if I am on Priority Assistance. I am not but on the website it says Priority Assistance get it for free. I will have to pay for it. But I think I will go to a third party now on

The staff here, particularly Scott, are absolute legends. I've had to go in multiple times, and though it is frustrating having to visit, the staff are always so helpful and accomadating, and are able to solve all my problems and answer my questions.

Went in to buy a Samsung phone only to be told it was superceeded and a new model was due in next day. I asked about the specs only to be told they knew nothing about the new model. Arranged to call back next day. Got home went to Samsung site and all the specs were there. Less than impressed!! Rang as arranged and told phones were in and I had one put away only to be told it was at least a 2 1/2 hr wait for service. NOT HAPPY. Did the 80 Km drive the phone was brought out and went to pay cash for it only to be told they didn't take cash. Walked out on the spot fuming!!! Bought the phone elsewhere for cash!!! 160Km trip only to be told tuff luck. How do they stay in business ?? Incompetent to say the least!! One star is still one too many.

Good experience 2 day , you must have changed the management

The experience was excellent. Kylie was super helpful and made us glad we are with Telstra.

Very unhelpful very long wait time loads of staff doing nothing left the store and attended northlakes the following day for much better service. Will never use this store.

Unacceptable wait times to have an account issue remedied, 2 hours !!!! Don’t think so
