Disappointed. Specifically made a point of requesting a 5 way tyre rotation and realised after I left Esperance that they only did a 4 way..The tyres were all brand new when we left Melbourne and the spare still has original paper label and chalk lines over the tread….clearly not part of the rotation.

Stopped in to book for a tyre rotation and they took us straight away. We’ve had trouble with the nuts on aftermarket rims recently (thanks to poor beaurepaires service) and they picked up on it straight away. Even drove me to several stores to get new nuts so they could replace them all. Didn’t seem like they charged us any extra for all the hassle which was lovely.

Partner went to get a bar spun around and wheel alignment got to our aravan park as we are traveling to get under the car to see bar wasnt spun rang to see why it hadnt been done to be told bring it back they would fix it then when we returned car hey tried to charge again.partner ended up fixing issue himswlf in the car park next door..very poor service would not recommend

Found the passenger side tyre on my caravan was scrubbing out. Dropped into Goodyear Esperance to book in, they checked the tyre and then rotated my tyres straight away.Great service and good price. Highly recommend.

Oh my gosh could not have asked for better anywhere! Issue with shaking in my car, looked at tyres ..need replacing. 20 mins later I am back on the road with car like new and not even that much out of the bank.

Sam and the guys were so helpful on a Friday afternoon, we had battery concerns and everyone in town was booked up for weeks. They tested and fixed the issue on the spot with a smile. Thanks team you made our holiday even better, thanks from the gals in the motorhome
