Simple stay place. There’s a pool there if you don’t feel like walking to the beach. But the location itself is great, the beach is a few minutes walk and the area is filled with boutiques and restaurants.There’s also sealife 10 minutes away (by walking). Same goes for the wharf, which is just awesome at night.It’s also worth watching the sunset from their rooftop ❤️

Had a wonderful 5 nights here. Loved it, will definitely return. Spacious clean appartment with balcony and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fantastic pool and spa area. Very friendly staff. Good gym. Central location. Easy underground car parking. Book direct with hotel. Highly recommended.

We should have researched better before we booked this place. We were seduced by slick marketing. It not a resort. It is a holiday apartment block with a pool. And a gym… sort of. The Sunshine Coast is full of these ‘resorts’ and frankly it’s false advertising. No services are provided at all. Scrub your own toilets, wash, dry and put away your dishes, vacuum the floors, empty the rubbish etc. which is ok if you’re paying $200 a night. But you’re not. We came from three nights at the Hilton in Brisbane, but paid more for this place!!!There are rules as well. Close the bathroom doors so the smoke alarm doesn’t go off because if the fire brigade comes they’ll charge you $1000. Don’t lose the metal key they give you ($300 fee), clean properly or it’s $50.We would have booked a hotel but the prices were the same and their websites were not as shiny. No wonder people go to Bali. Not going there again

On enquiring with the property, we were told they were no reservations available for a week's stay. However, we managed to get a booking with booking.comWhile I understand the property's viewpoint that booking.dot.com may not have an up to date status of their reservations, I found it in very poor taste that the property decided to take our money anyway. We now have to endure a 12 day wait for a refund. The lady at reception was quite harsh as to why I had gone ahead and booked and said it was now my problem". Fair enough - but why did you still receipt my money?Appalling !!!"

Friendly staff.Stayed in room 37.Comfy lounge and large tv.Clean.It does feel a little tired and in need of an update,but I’ve been here many times over the years and been happy in our stays.Totally recommend

Hubby and I just stayed for the weekend which unfortunately was too short! Absolutely 5 stars on everything with this resort! Terrific customer service, clean comfortable room, great facilities and close to all shops/restaurants/beach. Well priced. Will definitely be back!

We recently had the pleasure of a two night stay at Caribbean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our unit was everything we needed. And location was very central. Looking foward to returning.

The location is amazing, central to everything. Rooms extremely clean and up to date. Janelle and Paul are so lovely and very helpful. Would recommend and stay here again.

We have just arrived home from almost a week at this wonderful resort. We got married in the Sunshine Coast and had about 80 people coming in from NSW - with the majority staying at the resort. The staff were absolutely amazing and made everyone's trip one to remember forever. The facilities were great and the pool area was perfect for families! Thank you very much to the team and we look forward to no doubt coming back in the future!
