A company you can trust. I am an owner builder that purchased an expensive item off Uptons that through no fault of their own turned out to be faulty as it had a manufacturing defect. Kane Upton dealt with the issue courteously and professionally and arranged for the product to be replaced at their expense. While I wish the product had worked the first time, they did come through and showed real integrity despite the considerable time and cost involved. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Management definitely on the rude side. Selling in their interest rather than the best interest of the customer. Have experienced this on numerous occasions and was warned by others of their behavior, will no longer be recommending uptons or shopping there.

Fantastic service, prices and range. I have never been left hanging. Totally dependable and very competitive. Uptons is my first and last stop for entire projects these days.

Wow, measured and ordered my bifold windows, price was great and the quality fantastic. Easy to install! They look absolutely fantastic. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Despite delays in getting products installed, overall, we are happy as Uptons apologised and provided a complementary fly screen. The bifold window and slide door are great, high quality products, as is the fly screen.

We had our 3 X front timber doors custom made by Upton'sThey look good from a distanceHOWEVER- customer service was atrocious, extremely rude and disorganised- the doors were not made to the specified size, this meant they would not fit the frames of any of our 3 townhouses- our builder told us we had to have them shaved down- noone else could shave them down- we had to take them back to Upton's and they charged us $100 extra per door to thin them down- they were still not thinned to the original specifications, so do not deal appropriately and now have visible draft stopper stuck to the solid custom timber doors- if you look closely you can see nails- the edges aren't neat- they were meant to come and look at them and suggest a rectification, however despite many calls/emails they have not- intially they told us these were made to a budget and it is what it is, however we never asked for cheap doors, just a quote and paid the quoted price.I've given up but would highly recommend avoiding them like the plague if you are after good service and craftsmanship

I had looked around for our decking timber from other places and really struggled to get good customer service and advice. I wish I had have just come to Uptons first. From my first phone call with Carroll to my second order their service has been fantastic. Straight up, honest and helpfull thats all you can ask, not to mention a great price. Even both delivery drivers unloaded by hand with no problems at all, just in case they damaged our driveway. Great product, great place, great service!

Had great customer service here. Graeme was excellent to deal with - really straightforward explanation of pros and cons of various windows, and the quality was good. Feeling positive about what we've ordered and looking forward to having it in our home.Edit to update: the windows are installed, and the look and feel is great. Very happy with the build quality and would recommend to others.

Recently bought some hardwood lining boards to clad our roof. Was really happy with the quality of the product. Very reasonable pricing and great customer service.
