Quiet with well maintained rooms. The only negative is the wifi - which only worked for a few minutes! But the general internet coverage through Vodafone was nonexistent in the whole area, and down to Wilsons Promontory.

For a 3 star motel, I give them 5 stars.This is a motel, so don't expect miracles, but it's a nice place, with VERY friendly staff and everything you need from a motel is right there. The bathroom was spartan but clean and functional. No complaints. The sleeping area was clean and functional. No complaints.

Room (14) with corner bath/spa was decent, standard room (11) was very old and dated. Both had great water pressure and shower heads.Place has a long list of DO NOT's, including no lighting candles, incense etc and both of the two rooms we booked heavily stunk like perfumed talcum powder and although it was pouring down, had to have the window open overnight and door open for a couple hours to help air it out.

I stayed in this motel over the Easter period.It is a budget hotel and the facilities reflect this, but it is priced accordingly.My main grudge was after arriving shortly after noon being told that there was a charge for an early check in.I've never encountered this in any other place I've ever stayed.Poor form Vibhu.....

Mostly quiet. Difficult to get in driveway when travelling from Leongatha. WIFI only worked outside of room. Bed was s bit hard. Room was clean. Very effective heating. Plenty of room

Great location. We did a long day trip to Wilson promontory and came back half way to rest for the night. Then went to Philip island for more adventure.

We were provided with excellent service. Staff were very accommodating with early key pick-up, and late check-out. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and helpful. Only issue was a very hard, uncomfortable and wobbly bed, so sleep wasn't good. Pillows were good.
