Have been doing pilates (mat and reformer) for a few years at body intel. Staff are all nice and friendly and importantly know what they are doing. I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength, flexibility and balance.

I thoroughly enjoy the classes, I like the level of guidance and interaction between the staff and clients (it's targeted, and we aren't left to our own devices), the Pilates studio is a lovely space, the staff are always really helpful and provide tips on who we should seek extra assistance from eg physios etc

Belinda and her wonderful team have given me my confidence back after sustaining a back injury over a year ago. I look forward to every week's lesson to maintain strength and currently continuing classes through my antenatal journey.
