Aram was very communicative, arrived on time and did an outstanding job.The work completed was beyond the scope of the original job as a few other defects were found. However unlike prior experiences, I wasn't hit with unexpected additional significant charges.Aram was very reasonable with his pricing. His quote wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the overall value received from his work was exceptional.Consequently I will have no hesitation in hiring Gleam again in the future. In my experience, it is rare to find a quality, reliable, transparent and overall fair contractor of this calibre.
