Big spiders in the water ☺️Beautiful clear and cool water, lots of rock hopping.Don't bring a dog!! 1. They need to swim and climb up rocks, and 2. No one wants to swim with your dog!

Well what can I say this place ticks all the boxes your emersed in Nature and really not far from the city , easy access , a large carpark which is great as the day I went ended up packed upon my return. The water is crystal clean n clear and very inviting , trails to make the trip a little easier , spectacular scenery and is an absolute must do. Recommend highly I will be doing it again and again. Ohh & Daniel and Amy thanks for letting me tag along with you guys not that you will probably see this but Thanks for the company

Easy walk, you might need to go over some trees but nothing too hard. The water was nice and cool.

Spectacular gorge - about 4 swimming spots to get through so take dry bags but stunning landscape and scenery. 37kms from Brisbane and completely free experience

Took a while to drive there but in the end the juice was worth the squeeze, if you park at the hairpin turn and walk along the guard railing the path down into the valley is very noticeable. Once you're at the bottom turn left and follow the river for as long as you like, there are lots of rock pools that vary in depth from 10cm to 2.5m, if you plan on seeing everything, plan on getting everything wet. Have a fresh set of clothes in your car with a towel to make the drive home a little more comfortable. If you'd like to be there when the water is at its clearest get there early so fewer people have walked through the water and there is very limited to no phone reception in the gorge.

Hidden Gem, Small Walk less 200m to the start of the creek, 50m from there to the start of the first gorge, you be required to swim at one point so this is a great gate. another 200m up the creek until the main gorge. Absolutely beautiful. Aim for warm weather!

Beautiful landscape all around! Decent paths to take you along the water, but some climbing around at times. Get there early for parking (the lot will fill up on the weekends). Be careful crossing the highway to the path down as there is a blind curve. Amazing views all around! So glad we went!

Really good hike, no path being cleared and water everywhere. True nature experience, so close to Brisbane. Recommend to use the upper carpark and the shorter hike, the lower section was interesting and quiet but not adding much. Perfect when there was rain to have a good swim in the pools. Do not take dogs with you, that’s not working at all. Be prepared to walk up through rapids and carry your backpack over your head.
