Absolutely shocked at the incompetence of Destiny Le Cerf-Smart “Assistant property manager” we leased a property for almost 2 years with no issues… come time to leave we experienced what could only be described as appalling behaviour from this young lady… she set a time for bond inspection then changed so we could not attend, however we attended and she was instantly rude to my partner for even showing up to the bond report.. Destiny was informed by here own boss “Donna” that she had in fact been reading from incorrect documents and Wass pulled up on multiple occasionsFurthermore- upon completion of bond inspection the inside of the property was agreed upon that it was sufficient to pass inspection however there were some minor fixes outside.. i.e. sprinkler to be replacedThen ….. a few days later young Destiny decided to contradict our agreement and email us with additional requirements “inside the property” after her boss shook my hand and said it was okPlease if your going to rent threw peard ask that you have NO CONTACT with Destiny Le Cerf-Smart

Alicia and her team at Peard Real Estate have done an amazing job managing our property through the on-boarding process & then also the leasing process. Their professionalism, communication and customer service has been on point. In the past we’ve had a lot of issues with Real Estate agents managing our properties for a number of reasons but I can tell already that we will have a different experience with Peard Real Estate. Friendly, courteous and efficient. Rick has good knowledge of the area we are buying and he is helpful in providing vedio inspection since we were not in WA. He is professional, efficient and a good communicator which resulted in our buying of the property. He is also very patient in showing us the use of the appliances and equipment.

Excellent͏ Service ReceivedThis was one of the best experiences in Real Estate Selling that I have ever had. David has reinstated my faith in realestate agents, he was very professional and he always responded to any queries and concerns immediately, nothing was too much. The house sold two days after going on the market and for more than we expected. The whole process was to my surprise really easy, even given the short settlement date. I would definitely ask David to assist me again should I need to sell my property.
