Intrusive and invasive staff. My partner was trying to look at clothes which was located at the exit of the store and the sensor kept going off and the staff kept standing around him and telling him to stay in the store ?? The clothing rack was so close to the sensor, it’s not our fault that the sensor is going to go off… What a very off putting customer service experience as the staff stayed next to him the entire time and kept telling him to stay inside.

On Wednesday I attended the store and my experience was extremely pleasant. I went in there with no intention to spend, with every intention of just having a look around.I engaged in conversation with Ben who was so pleasant and a fantastic conversationalist. Ben made me feel welcomed in the store regardless of if I was looking to buy or just browsing and didn't make me feel pressured to buy (which is a personal hate of mine), but answered all questions I had and directed me to products he felt I may like.His service led to me first purchasing two hats, that I am super happy for having purchased, even though I didn't require them.I left the shop to go and have lunch, only to come back after to try on an Under Armour tracksuit set (Pants, Jacket, Jumper) I was shown by Ben earlier. I was so impressed with his service that I also purchased the full tracksuit, even though I didn't need it also.Ben's high quality service lasted the duration of my time in the shop and due to the fact he treated me so well when first walking in by greeting me with a pleasant, friendly hello to engaging in a friendly conversation, he is the only reason I walked out there having spent $315.I would like to let you know that the service received by Ben has led to me now definitely going to return to your store. I can assure you that it won't be my last visit or purchase if the service I receive next time is anything like that what I received from Ben and hope that all of your workers are able to provide to your customers the same level of service I received from Ben.Peace... =)A very happy customer of yours.
