Made our kitchen too wide (they took all the measurements themselves and were given the opportunity to remeasure after plastering but said no). To 'fix' it they cut out all the plasterboard on both sides of the kitchen. They did replaster at our insistence when my husband pointed out a far better solution which they easily could have come up with themselves. Showed us a bench with a lovely underneath finsh in the showroom but finished ours terribly. Two of our cupboards had the doors fall off a month after installation as the screws pulled through. Business owner very rude and argumentative when told of issues so we just gave up trying to get issues fixed. We have friends who had similar issues trying get things sorted when they were unhappy with the quality of the work in their house, wish we had known before we used cutting edge joinery for our kitchen. Very helpful until you aren't happy with something.
