I recently visited Harvey Norman Commercial Div to organise my Selections for my new home. WOW!!!! What a great experience. I was greeted by the lovely Elle Innes who walked me through all of the various selections, explaining the processes and helping me with designs, colours and co-ordination. She made the whole process fun and painless.When I was not sure of anything, Elle took the time to go through it with me, helping me decide on a colour or model that would suit me. It was as though she had known me all my life - she had a real flair for knowing exactly what I wanted. She put me at ease and made the whole process one that I actually enjoyed.I can thoroughly recommend Harvey Norman - and Elle Innes.

I would give 6 stars if I could. We just finished our selection appointment with Kate at the Mile End showroom and we can not remember a time where we experienced such a high level of customer service. Kate is such a lovely person and her product knowledge was phenomenal! It is a lot of decisions in such a small amount of time and Kate just made it easy!

We recently had an extremely positive experience during our selection process for a new build . Due to work commitments we arrived less than prepared than we planned but the whole process went smoothly thanks to the experience, patience and product knowledge of our consultant Steve. This is our 3rd house build and I can honestly say it was the most positive selection meeting we have had.

We are building our new home for the first time and had no knowledge of the process of selections and products. The Sales Consultant, Kate Traplin, has made this selection process very easy and helpful with great knowlegde of products and prices. She was very friendly and will listen to your doubts and will suggest best for you. It was fun doing selections and we are very happy with our products.
