No test , no Quilty at all. Just he tried to make money

MOST HORRIBLE CAKE PLACE IN PERTH.Ordered a pineapple cake for Mother’s Day in advance (3 days ago). When I went to pick it up, the owner confirmed, it was going to have pineapples inside the cake, States, “oh just cannot see the pineapples outside”. OH RUBBISH!! Came home, we cut the cake and I’m finding, a chocolate cake with custard. IT WAS STALE. By the taste of it, it felt like it was made a month ago. IT WAS SUBSTANDARDDDDD. I called the shop and he said, “oh, we didn’t have any pineapples left” and “YOU TOOK THE WRONG CAKE”. Rather than we gave you the wrong cake. NO APOLOGY. RATHER RUDE BEHAVIOUR. Owner is arrogant and does not know what he’s doing. QUALITY and SERVICE 0/10. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HORRENDOUS PLACE, THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU.

Good but hard to find the bakery as it is hidden behind the NP market(inside)Variety is limited but quality wise good.

The guy at the bakery was extremely rude and the customer service was not great.

I did not get what I ordered - the flowers in the top part is what I ordered as pink but I got the ones in the bottom part as shown in the photo; - I ordered fresh strawberry to be inside the cake but got only canned/frozen cherry inside the cake.They raised the price of the cake 2 hours before when I should pick it up. So I had to accept it as I did not have the time to order new cake from other store.We had negotiated the deal and requirements for this 10 inch cake through phone message and they had agreed all the requirements for the cake, although majority of the agreement was not matched.The only good thing about this store to me is probably that it opens until 8pm. If you do not have to pick up the cake late, I would recommend you to order cake from other more reliable cake stores.

Very poor costumer service. Zero level of patience, she was very angry while customising cake. Didn’t know how to communicate properly(not taking about the whole team). She was rude and served another costumer while handling our order without uttering a word. I would never recommend anyone to order there. Just waste of time. I was there on 24th feb at 2-3pm. Lady if you’re reading this better join anger management class and get training for costumer service.

this is inside the supermarket itself. i was surprised at their range of biscuits and sweet stuff" - and they taste pretty good too. they also do cakes for birthdays

All the stuff members are so rudeThere cakes are all expired and they are never on time to make the cake you ordered
