Well brookvale Mac Donald’s you’ve really outdone yourself today, after years of missing food and incorrect orders none of these situations deserved a poor review as much as this, wether it’s the kitchens personal Vendetta against me or the burger boys bong before work being too heavily packed, I never thought I’d be sold a triple cheese burger with no top bun, thank you guys heaps I’ll definitely be back anyways.

This was the 2nd time I have dropped in for a quick late night bite in the last few months. The dining area was filthy. Rubbish on tables & on the floor.The staff were working their butts off, but no additional staff to clean.Not the McDonald's I remember

I recently ordered from this maccas. At first I was sceptical as I had read some harsh reviews. However I was greeted by a lovely employee, by the name Kitten Lowe. He treated me with the upper most respect and I will 110% returning. Thank you for your great service.

An employee cleaning tables absolutely made my family’s day on our quick visit to maccas!!Hats off to this young man he saw my friend with intellectual disability and quickly greeted and befriended him. Was very heart warming, this man is a credit to our community!Thank you!

Been going through drive thru every Morning for a few months today was appalling service as I waited behind another car in drive-through to order for about five minutes in the car to pull up in the one next to me and get to Water before me. This is highly rude especially when I’ve been left waiting they should’ve ordered me first as they would’ve been able to see on the cameras very very appalling service when it was my time to order they left me waiting another 5 minutes while they sat there doing nothing. I’ve always just gotten a small mocha for the last few weeks but been going at 6am for drive through coffee every morning for a few months now.

Absolutely garbage service!I ordered table service and sat watching an order sit on their counter for 15min. Only realised it was my abke service order when my coffee finally came!Staff have a great time yelling and laughing at each other and not serving. Getting paid though I'm sure!

the dirtiest maccas in Sydney. it's difficult to sit at a table when it's covered in grease, sauce, used burger containers and empty fry boxes.there's more garbage strewn about the dining room, than customers eating.the employees and management obviously DGAF, head next door to hungry jacks, at least their rubbish is in the bin, as opposed to on the table, chairs and floor

I just wanted to write this specially for tonight supervisor(not sure maybe manager). I want to thank you. I didn't got bun for my mcchicken burger. So I had to call them and I was pretty frustrated and couldnt talk properly. I didn't mean to yell. I do hate to go to macdonals because out of 100 times visit you only get 1 time hot chips only if u r lucky enough to reach there on the exact time when they are frying a fresh one. They would miss chicken patty, sauce sometimes. I have never made a complaint. I myself work at retail and hate to deal with frustrated customer especially rude ones. I always request them to give me hot chips at the time when I am ordering and they say yes and still give you cold or warm) chips.I drove back this time to get the bun and was frustrated because something wrong happens most of time. I wanted to apologise to that person working tonight for pouring out all the frustration. He was so patience and gave me a fresh burger and nugget. I wanted to give 5 star to show appreciation and apologise to him. Thank you so much.

A worker named Jack Hoffmann made my experience the best I have ever had. They were extremely polite and welcoming and helped me to all my needs. Jack Hoffmann went out of his way to help me on the ordering screen, even though he had ended his shift.

A suburban outlet of the chain on the Northern Beaches. The furniture is a little on the worn side with some of the chairs in need of recovering etc. The store was well staffed and presented as a clean, pleasant environment. Service was friendly and fast and the food was hot.
