Rude older receptionist with zero phone or sales etiquette, tried to argue with me about messages I had not received. Then we received an inflated call out fee because we decided not to go through with the repairs... The call out fee was never discussed before they came out... I guess they have got to get there money somehow, but I won't be back!!

Past experiences have been very satisfactory with the firm but the reluctance to enable customers to discuss with the technicians what issues were found with their appliance in order to make a more informed decision about the proposed repair was disturbing. A take it or leave it approach is not good enough.

Contacted these guy for a leaky dishwasher that wouldn't turn on, they came and had a look pretty much straight away, took it with them.They were giving me updates on what was going on, they even saved me money on the parts them selfes..Appliance Service Centre went above and beyond my expectations, highly recommended for all your appliance repairs!
