I never ever seen that bad service before!!! The staffs wasn't friendly and rudely let the customer take the picture of the price to prove the price when checked out price was different. And manager more useless and hopeless. She doesn't know how to solve the problem between the staff and customer, just let customer out from the shop. How big company, How such bad service, How they training staffs and managers!!

The staff at JB Bankstown just don't care.I stood around waiting to be served for 15 minutes, then ended up calling the Roselands store to see if they had the product I wanted. They did so I drove all the way to get it, got greeted the minute I walked in and got a $20 discount for my trouble.Well done JB Roselands.

Quickest click and collect service from any store I've ever purchased from! I'd originally ordered online from Roselands, and within HALF AN HOUR, I received a call to inform me that my product wasn't available - very prompt, and very efficient. 10 minutes later, it had been 'bounced' to Bankstown. Picked it up the day after, and the lady at the counter was lovely!

First time i go in to this branch so im all excited thinking im gona get the experience that i always get when going to jbhifi if i am confused about something. Kept on looking around still no one approaches, all good maybe everyone is busy, i see someone standing on a computer i asked sorry r u busy he replies no ..so i asked him about whateva i needed it felt like he wanted to brush me off n quickly answer my question with a no or a yes didnt bother moving or showing me what they got available at the store or even to show me online like seriously i felt like im almost begging for the help then i just thought dw u just lost a customer that was ready to spend quite a bit to furnish a brand new home your loss and definitly never going back there but i thought i have to let the managers know who works for them and what kind of customer service is available thats why the store was empty sorry thats the truth ..

The customer service at the Bankstown store is shocking - nobody is willing or able to help.Particularly their employee Andrea - blatantly lies when serving customers.Would recommend going to another store to save you the stress and hours spent waiting for proper service/help.

Very poor service!!I bought a fridge from the store on friday and requested them to arrange delivery as early as possible as i moved interstate and had no fridge in my home. I explained its very important as i have a 4 year old and will have to stock on essential groceries like milk. They confirmed delivery for sunday so i paid the price and came home thinking i would just have to wait for one day. I waited all day on sunday, didn’t hear anything from any no one. At around 5pm, i followed up with the store they said the driver didn’t show up so it will be delivered on monday. Waited all day on monday again no one showed up, followed up again and they said it would be delivered on tuesday, again it wasn’t delivered on tuesday. I am super dissapointed at this point and i called store and requested to talk to a manager, he said he would organise it for next day. I called them again today before mid day to confirm it was arranged but they said its unsuccessful again. The store blames it on delivery company and the delivery company called me and said they(the store) are the ones who confirmed delivery for the next day. Its wednesday today and they said its going to be tomorrow. Literally, been waiting since sunday.They promise next day delivery and here i am waiting since sunday.I just talked to the manager after the delivery company pushed it for tomorrow stating jb hifi emailed them to book the delivery for tomorrow when its just midday today. The store manager said if the company told you the delivery is tomorrow i can’t tell you any different. He further added i could come in to the store once the fridge is delivered and they would refund me the delivery fee.Didn’t even apologise once for the inconvenience. That delivery fee that he is going to refund is not worth the time and inconvenience that this mess has caused to me and my family. I am stuck at my house since sunday to receive the delivery that never got delivered, as if i have no other job to do in my life.Disappointment would be an understatement!!The manager have said today that its going to be delivered tomorrow , as always, but i don’t know if i can take their words anymore cause that’s what i have been hearing since sunday.Also, while all this was happening, i would call to follow up, they would be like “we will give you a call back shortly” , i would be left waiting but no one would call back.I feel like me and my time as a customer is not valued.Never shopping from them ever again.Please Stop claiming “next day delivery “JB hi fi!!
