I had nurse Fleur complete my anti wrinkle injections for me. She was very professional from the get go and made me feel very comfortable. I barely felt a thing too (which was a bonus!). 100% would recommend Fleur.

Oh my goodness. I’m so impressed by my treatment today with Rebekah. Hydrafacial has blown my mind! All the staff were absolutely lovely. Such a nice space too… I’ll be back!

The staff at Coco were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The salon itself is pristine and very welcoming.I am extremely satisfied with the treatment that I have and will not hesitate to use them again for further treatments I highly recommend them.

I showed up for my second appointment to get laser tattoo removal at the time I booked which was 1:45pm. I was then taken in by the nurse to be told she would only have time to do 1 of my small tattoos for $150 instead of doing both for $250 as I had arrived late. I showed the nurse my confirmation email of the appointment which was booked in for 1:45pm she told me she wouldn’t have time to do both. I was then asked to re book I had to drive 45 minutes to find parking in Newcastle to be told they couldn’t do anything for me. From someone who runs their own business I find this very unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Beautiful clinic space with professional and knowledgeable staff. I have had multiple treatments completed by nurse Fleur and have always been happy with the result! Every time I visit I know my skin is in safe hands :) would not trust anyone else!

This is such a beautiful space and every member of staff I’ve dealt with have been fantastic. All the team are very knowledgeable and can explain some of the more technical aspects of their treatments in a really understandable way. Would absolutely recommend

The clinic is welcoming. The personnel are polite and courteous.The process to prepare me was informative and professional. I chose BBL as I had a lot of sun spots on my face and hoped the treatment would diminish them and give me a fresher look.The treatment (BBL) wasn’t uncomfortable for me at all. I expected some discomfort but it was very tolerable.The result is fantastic! My husband has complimented my new look several times. Some friends have commented on how clear my skin is.I now wear a hat and sun skin every time I step outside as I don’t want to ruin my new fresh skin.Thank You Coco Skin Clinic.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and every-time is like a new experience.The warmth of the staff, the amazing environment but most of all the detail to service you receive is unmeasurable.The after care is even better too. I can’t fault their work Or products.If you want satisfaction and complete care I’d recommend Coco’s, I’ll never use anyone else.

Today I had my first tattoo removal, it was quiet a stressful situation for myself, however the quality of service from this team is next level. Not only did they contact me 2 hours before my scheduled appointment to let me know I was only booked for a consult, and if I wanted my first treatment to happen today as well I would need to come half hour earlier, but when I walked in, the girls at the front desk were absolutely beautiful, I notified them I had a support person coming up and the assured me that was fine. (The feeling when walking in was calming, with everything around being clean and organised).When I went in for the consult and treatment, Ellen was more than understanding as to my emotional state, as well as accomodating to my friend and her son who had to tag along. There was constant reassurance and comfort provided. After the appointment, the girls at the front continued with their already top quality service.As much as I am not all that keen to return for more pain, I will happily return to the customer service provided from the team.
