I lost a timing belt on the road opposite Brian’s Auto Centre. On approaching the Centre, the attendant came out to offer assistance, gave me directions then followed through to see that I was looked after. I’m so grateful for the kind customer service offered.Thank you.

I needed one of my tyres fixed after it was pierced by a nail and these guys sorted it out for me with ease and speed. It was just a cheap job and I pulled up without much prior warning but they made time for me and fitted it back on my car too, swapping over my spare. So nice to experience this kind of service.

Yesterday I pulled into get fuel. I am currently on crutches and in a moon boot (non driving foot). The man came out and filled up for me and then proceeded to bring the eftpos machine to me so I didn’t have to get out. This was such great service and meant so much to me!

Great all round service centre, fuel, tires, mech repairs, hire cars and trailers, LPG, icecreams, lollies, auto accessories, towbars and other goods etc.Fuel costs always competitive.

Great service, Easter Saturday left my car there to replace tyre after a blow out the guy was helpful as I had to leave it and return, so he left keys so I could pick up later

If there was an option for -100 I would select that as the person I dealt with today was exceptionally rude my vehicle has tubeless tyres so driving on the tyre will harm the rim. I had a nail in one tyre I broke down with the flat tyre literally at their store this morning early. He refused to help me point blank with the puncture today he wanted me to leave my car there overnight till the next day. He walked away while I was still speaking with him with a wave of his hand dismissing me. Please do not bother to use this place to help you. Not that he cared to listen but I’ve nobody to help me. I do not have another vehicle I can use. I needed to travel into Brisbane today for work, and while I appreciate that there is a queue to wait I had no issue waiting but he didn’t even offer that. RACQ do not replace tyres which means I would have to use a tow to get to a place to fix the tyre. So all I could do is search for a place nearby I could risk limping my vehicle to slowly that was polite enough to be willing to move a few jobs around to help fit me in - in my time of need. I lost my spouse a couple of years ago and it’s days like these I wish he was here to help when a man speaks to me so disrespectfully. Exceptionally rude. I hope he never gets stuck somewhere and doesn’t have someone show him any compassion or decency. Chivalry is dead at this place.

Misinformation given regarding pricing and return day / half day rates, attempted to extort me at return, trailer did not even include jockey wheel, forced to buy a shackle at arrival. Be very wary, stick to uhaul.Reply to Autocentres comment - your rates are on par with other hire locations however they include jockey wheel and shackles. My contact with your staff was via telephone and in person, originally I had requested 3 days hire, however your staff indicated that I should take 2 day hire and if needed additional time on the day a late fee or half day rate would be applied. I was completely open with your staff, as for contractual obligations, your staff are ambassadors of your business, if they deceive or mislead as they have done it is on behalf of your business and you either advocate for or against, if they make terms mislead or deceive the business is liable to make good on those terms under Australian consumer law. It is disappointing that you fail to take ownership as a business for the actions if your staff. Again I would advise anyone looking for services to go elsewhere.As for you being unhappy about comments on google, I should imagine so, however given the lack of care concern or support from your staff or the willingness to engage with a manager to resolve the issue but the tough luck attitude given, there are few other options available.

My daughter takes her car for services. They are great and don't oversell. This petrol station has been there for so many years and the staff still fill your tank, check oil, clean windowscreens if you like!
