Exceptional service. I live interstate and called to get some flowers and other gifts delivered for friend for her birthday. The flowers delivered were beautiful and staff very accommodating.

great coffee! my parents love coming here too, very cheap, beautiful flowers and such friendly staff. awesome product range and so easy to quickly stop to grab basic ingredients like bread etc..

Normally very happy with the Captain's, have a great range of flowers at reasonable prices but was very disappointed when I placed an order and the wrong flowers were delivered (lillies instead of an assorted bouquet). I wrote them an email and received no reply or apology. Not happy at all.

Their delivery is perfectly timed and flowers are fresh...I used them to deliver the flowers to my girl friend when i wasn't in the town and they managed to deliver on committed time.... staff is also helpful..Kudos!!
