Hi all I had them put 2 tyres on that I supplied on 2 holden rims , they damaged the both rims and charge $89 for the privilege, I do NOT recommend them at all and will be taking my business elsewhere

These guys are the best in customer service and price.I sent my gf car here as a tester and the service was 30/40% cheaper than next door with better service aswell, started bringing in my car too now and exactly the same, cannot recommened more.

I had a excellent experience here today. Alex was so helpful, courteous and has exceptional customer service skills. The boys in the factory were polite and helpful and did my Tyre change quickly so I wasn’t waiting around for long. And their price was hugely competitive. I highly recommend!

Purchased new tires and had wheel alignment done. Car pulled heavily left immediately. They performed another wheel alignment at no charge, but car still pulled left. They had 3 attempts at it in all, but still pulling heavily to the left.I got fed up and had another alignment done at the dealership. Steering came back perfect and was told the previous tolerances were so far out of spec it would have eventually damaged my suspension.To their credit they were happy to try and correct it each time, but three unsuccessful attempts is enough. It's just a wheel alignment.

Alex and the team at Bridgestone in Yarrabilba have been great in helping diagnose issues and repair my Supra. I have struggled to find a good mechanic to get to the bottom of some of the problems but they were great here. The team even sends you a video showing the issues found, so you can see exactly what is going on underneath the car. I have never had something like that before, so it was a great experience.
