Originally went with Bennett noting high reviews and advice they would return if spray didn’t work. First spray during rain and didn’t prevent ants or pests. Called someone to come out again. technician advised it was another bad day for it as it was raining, he advised if it didn’t work to call and he would come out again.Called as it didn’t work for the second time (possibly due to rain?)Bennett office now advise they only ever come out first time and up to one follow up. Won’t use again as service was ineffective, don’t stand by what is said or written on receipt.

Bennetts Services were recommended to me by a neighbor. Too often the services fall short of the recommendation. However I am pleased to say the Bennett's technician did a fabulous job on our lounge, chairs and rug. Many thanks also to the Bennetts office staff who were friendly and helpful.

My booking was taken efficiently. The gentleman phoned to say he would be about 30 minutes late, but once he had arrived he was quickly at work. Inspecting and then setting up his equipment to clean the carpets in three bedrooms. The work was done efficiently and looked a lot fresher than they had. The only aspect I didn't like was the carpets felt extremely wet. We left windows open and put the fans on and they dried within 245 hours.
