The lady that did my nails was very nice and so was the other workers however when doing my nails she was very ruff!!!!! My nails have been in pain ever since getting my nails done here. I do not recommend this nail shop at all!!!!

I can't recommend Sophia Nails enough, have tried so many other nail salons before and was never happy with the end result. I have been getting my nails here since they have opened and I always walk out happy with the end result. I will continue to come back as the service I get is always fantastic.Always professional and friendly.

Poor service. They are more expensive than other stores but poor quality of service. In experienced staff and poor customer service. I opted for manicure & pedicure service. Pedicure lasted less than 10 mins, with inexperienced junior staff. Manicure was just nail service there was no manicure. They rush the job to accommodate more customers. I should have checked the various reviews before going there :(

The shop really nice and clean.All the staffs so friendly , kind . Always look after customers even busy or quiet.All the time I came here asked for what I want they could do evething. I am so happy with that.Good service , they done amazing jobs. Beautiful design . Good price .Highly recommend.

I visited store today 14/04/2023 Friday for my eyebrow and lip wax and eyebrows tint . The lady in the black short dress is so rude .she refused to do my eye tint saying i do not need it .she ruined my eyebrows shape .Never had this bad eyebrows done before .Also she was not responding to my questions .she was so unhappy and ignoring .please do not waste your money at this place . Unprofessional and careless staff.also the quality of service is pretty bad

Had sns on natural nails for 2 weeks already lost 2 nails. Not good from professionals. First and last time coming here

I wouldn't give this Salon any stars, went here many years ago and at the start they are nice and happy to take your money but upon return appointments they would make up prices each time, prices never stayed consistent for the same service, always different prices and going by the reviews I was reading , nothing has changed. Yes they definitely have some inexperienced staff which is concerning and this also hasn't changed going by reviews I have been reading also. When will these types of Salons STEP UP and become more professional....So glad I don't have fake nails or need there services...would not recommend this place to anybody. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY PEOPLE!!!!

Poor customer service… your nails will not last …, sns nails cracking after a week…. Went back and nothing was done instead asked to pay again for a fresh set of nails
