This is one of my most satisfied hair salon. Wonderful experience with friendly staffs and excellent service! Tsubasaさんis very professional and talented hairstylist! He always kind and patient to discuss haircut and styling views with customers. I really enjoyed this experience, would like to highly recommend this salon to everyone!

The vibe is very chill and nice. Chisa did a perm for my hair and she pays really good attention to details. She's really good at hair massaging too. I will come back next time. Highly recommend

I would not recommend this salon, as they are dishonest in the services they provide.My friend and I booked in for a deep head spa on Saturday afternoon. This service is listed on their website at $95 and lasts 1 hour - this was confirmed over the phone by an employee. We arrived on the dot at 3:30pm and my friend went to get her deep head spa done first. They washed herhair, did a brief massage, did a blow dry and let her off at 4:05pm. They then attempted to charge her $95. We pointed out that the service was expected to last for 1 hour and they had only spent 35 minutes on her. They tried to say that the head spa actually lasts for anywhere from 45 min - 1 hour. Again, this did not address the issue at hand, as it was only 35 min.The employees looked shocked and unhappy that we were pushing back on the fee, despite them acknowledging we had not received the full service as advertised on both their website and their printed list of services at the front desk. Finally, after much back and forth, one of them relented and charged us the blow dry price of $50 for 45 min.We would have been happy to pay the full fee if we had also received the full treatment. However, it is unacceptable for a business not to deliver the service that is advertised. Their response to the situation was dishonest and unethical. I would warn anyone to be careful and just go elsewhere.

Lovely staffs but hair blow dry is very average..curls doesn’t last long unfortunately. 5 steps Treatment provided didn’t make much difference to my hair (the next day)

Great Japanese hair salon! Always go to see Tsubasa for my haircut, he works magic on my thick, poofy hair. The space is clean and relaxing, they do a nice shampoo head massage too. Prices are well worth the service, and they even have membership discounts if you're like me and need a cut every 2 months. Another bonus - appointments start on time, and you don't wait around like in most other places. Definitely recommend!

Been an ongoing customer for haircut and tried different stylists. They’re always professional, punctual and tailors towards your personal preference. Salon is clean and comfortable. Recommend!

My 1st & 2nd was amazing esp when Sogo still worked there. The girls also friendly. But about a month ago I went there, no one on the receptionist ONLY a girl who did the haircut. Rude, yes. There was no Hi" whatsoever & just asked me to contact via Instagram. Until now no response. Eventho she's handling the customer at that moment

I have always had a positive experience with hair treatments, hair cuts and hair wash at Nine Zero Six. All their staff are courteous, kind and highly professional. The studio is clean and the products used are of great quality.

Haircut result is much different from what I told him to do. Even I told him that I wanted some layers at the bottom, but the length is super same like a square. It totally ruined my next two months’ mood. Definitely would not consider this shop next time!
