I don’t understand my civic got the right repairs done the first time around, I went for my Camry even after the 2nd repair nothing was fixed and there was damage created from the first repair, also I recommend installing a dash cam when leaving ur car, my car came back with a dent on the boot even though it was meant to be a front damage that needed fixing. WEIRD BUSINESS.

Very poor craftsmanship. Car went back 3 times and still has imperfections. Manager is good at arguing and making excuses.

Management aren't all trade qualified, so the methods the tradesman are taught to follow is ignored. They've come up with their own process. Yet insurance companies still give lifetime warranty. Id never take my car to a capital smart shop because they're more concerned with filling quotes than doing a job that will last. If anything is wrong with your vehicle repair contact the insurance company immediately.
