Took my small westie there last year for a full groom, picked up and his ears weren't even done. Charged $75. That's OK. Dropped Small westie there again today for full groom and I was shocked when she said $90 .. I said it wasn't that price last time she said yeah it was $85 and we have $5 price increase which is totally OK. Got out to car and checked and no $75. Inconsistent pricing.. She in wrong as she turned off on fb that I can't reply or book dog in again. I don't mind paying but Inconsistent and rude lady. NOT A SPECIFIC WESTIE GROOM AT ALL. A small westie biting? I doubt it and never had issue before at any other groomer? You looked like you were tired.

I have just paid $65 for my my mini schnauzer puppy to have a wash and dry and face, paws and nails trimmed. I cannot see one bit of difference, his nails have not even been clipped. He also now has dry flaky skin and I will have to give him a bath today. He is a puppy and apparently too much too handle.
