Framed Up Carpentry
Currently is on legal process with him re the major structure defects dispute. He made all box gutter small and narrow, not based on the plan and refused to rectify it. The roof sheets have been laid. However, after we identified the issue, we had to take off the roof sheet and redo it. It generates $40000 more in extra cost plus 3 months delay because the legal process.
