Very disappointed with the customer service skills and just their services in general.Had my appointment to sort my tax refund out, they said I’m getting a full refund and by the time I get my refund into my account, I received less than a third of the payment.They also said they will process my fee refund back to me for the inconvenience and the lack of services provided and now they have said that they won’t be giving me my fee refund.Won’t bother to use these again and I will warn others not to either. Waste of time and money.

The service I received from, booking my appt to submitting my return, was a 10/10.

Top job a very good work got same tax back .

Had an appointment Scheduled for 4:30, had the confirmation booking email sent to me, i waited for a call and haddnt heard anything back from Heena, Called at 5pm asking why i haddnt receieved a call to be told that he was busy with another client.

Always pleasant people and up to date thankyou

worst experience ever lodged 10 days later and two phone call never use them again charge $195 and lady was slow as a wet rag looked like she had to keep looking things up so see what i was claiming never again very bad experience
