BE WARNED: Business Relocation Services had quoted to transport equipment from Sydney to Brisbane for us in late 2022 (three trucks for c.$27k, which was much higher than other quotations however we were led to believe that BRS was a reputable company hence we paid their premium).We engaged BRS upon such quotation, though upon receipt of the three trucks several weeks later (delays also due to BRS incompetencies), not all of our goods arrived. We were subsequently advised that a fourth truck will be required and that the final goods would not be shipped until a further fee c.$7k be paid.Upon being challenged by us that the quote for all goods to be transported had been made weeks prior and accepted, BRS simply implied that the fee would need to be paid or we were to seek an alternate carrier (note: the business owner has not engaged with us despite several direct requests - he has instead hidden behind his admin team who have been obstructive, rude and have repeatedly circled back to us with lies and mis truths to justify the company’s actions).We have been effectively held to ransom in our dealings owing the their original misquote and are also now being slugged $300/week in ‘storage fees’ whilst we find a suitable means to obtaining our goods from their Sydney depot. This matter will likely cost us in additional transport fees, storage (on receipt end), significant business disruption costs (due to delayed receipt of goods) and ultimately legal fees to defend having been treated with contempt.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Look elsewhere.

Office relocation went very smoothly and on time!

My management was very happy with the smooth move that Business Relocation Services has executed for us. They were very professional and reliable and has kept their promise to ensure that everything ran smoothly. My management was impressed that there were no incident that occurred during the move, especially nothing was broken and no walls were scratched. The ground staff were really helpful, polite and friendly. All in all a good experience making moving less of a hassle.

I first used BRS in 2017 and was very impressed with the service I received. When it came time to move again in 2019 I had no hesitation in contacting BRS. Again they exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the company is very knowledgeable and helpful from the Sales team, Admin, Operations and the Packers on the day.We had a few last minute changes and they were very accommodating.When the day of the move came the team on the ground were very organised, professional and fast!! I don’t think I have ever seen a harder working team.I highly recommend BRS; using them made my job so much easier.

We relocated our offices and the efficiency of the team from Business Relocation Services was fantastic. We moved 110 staff members over two separate weeks and they were professional and responsive to all our requests. I would recommend Business Relocation Services for any office move.

4 stars for friendly staff. $$$$ expensive though. But this is rated after the fuel prices went up
