Some old guy in a Ute driving like an absolute psycho in Perth nearly took out a car doing an illegal uturn and then crossed over lanes to make another illegal move. For traffic management they don't seem to know much about traffic management.

13th Jan 22 the driver of Ute 302 rego 1GRF - 518 Description of driver : grumpy old Santa looking hick. Abusing other drivers, wreckless driving, inappropriate use of car horn, speeding swerving in and out of traffic lanes. Not a good look for your company, I expect law enforcement will catch up soon together with WorkSafe. Idiotic people need to be sacked.

The drivers of your vehicles must NOT cut off trucks regardless of how good they think they are... And giving the bird after cutting trucks off is NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR YOUR COMPANY. It happened to myself on roe highway before whelshpool road entrance. And it has been caught on camera

Yesterday my car unfortunately broke down by the Central Police Station in Hay Street Perth. Overwatch Traffic Services employee Travis was really helpful and pushed my car to a safer location. He watched out for the tow truck and put cones where necessary to ensure the pick up was safely performed. Travis was very kind and kept asking if I was OK as this was quite an overwhelming event. Many thanks to Overwatch and Travis for their kind help.

Used OTS for night shift, their attention to detail was great. They took ownership over their work and were proactive at contributing as team players to the task at hand.
