Highly recommended custom home builders.The team at Buildq group have made the entire process of building our dream home smooth and easy. Varun has always answered any questions we’ve had in a prompt manner and put our minds at ease, offered a wealth of knowledge when it came to design elements of our home. We’re very happy with the service we’ve received thus far, can’t wait to see our home once it’s completed.

Our experience with BuildQ has been very good. The house is built well with good quality, and the building plan is made considering all the aesthetic aspects as well. The property deal was very professionally done. And the post purchase services have been amazing so far. They are very responsive.

Updated review after build:=====.3 stars for post build: Issues agreed at the time of Handover were not fixed even after 12+ months. I will have to get them done at own expense as BuildQ focus is on new builds and has no capacity for maintenance issues.3.5 stars for Build experience: had to follow up and keep a close eye on the details being missed. Supervisor changed 3-4 times causing the issues. Some are not attended to even after 12+ months after handover. I gave up on BuildQ and have to get them done through someone else.======Pre build review:5 stars for pre build experienceWe’ve been working with BuildQ on design and planning the new construction for few months now. It’s been a very good and pleasant experience so far. From the beginning Dipak and team have been transparent and very patient in clarifying all queries.We found them to be completely honest and trustworthy which made them the obvious choice.Construction commenced and feeling confident on the quality outcome over next few months.

I wanted a builder with whom I can build long lasting relationship for future projects as well as professional who can provide a quality product on time. After searching for few builders, I finalised on BuildQ Group and I am 100% happy with my decision. Thereafter I build few houses with them. They have excellent finish, professional and always ready to listen. What else you need from quality builder..Well done Deepak and team.

BuildQ was one of the worst experiences I had regarding rental.They approved our application and before we transferred funds they gave property to someone else. We had given notice to current landlords and were left without anywhere to go.They offer property to multiple tenants and then give to first one who pays deposit. They did not even notify us and told us if we pay deposit we can take another property they have.They did not even care what they had done and told us it wasnt their problem.NEVER go with these people , no communication and cut throat , only care about the money they get even if they say you have been approved be careful as they wont refund your funds if property is given to someone else.Still waiting on them to get back to me but not holding my breath anymoreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

BuildQ is a great company. They are very professional and did not charge extra as builders were charging during Covid19. Their staff we dealt with, is also very customer orientated. Post handover service is also great. Supervisor Ghanshayam Parmar has been addressing any issues we have, at its earliest.

The good thing is you can make changes to the plan as per your personal requirements with professional advice. Their office staff to site supervisor, entire team is easy to work with. Tradesman are well experienced too. All of our concerns were addressed promptly and professionally throughout the project.Highly recommended

We have started to build our dream home with BuildQ. Our experience with BuilQ so far has been fantastic. A very professional team, with excellent technical knowledge, who listened and understood all our requirements and helped put our ideas on paper.
