The lady who helped me yesterday was lovely, she pointed out the deals with the jeans and made it so much more worth it to buy 4 very good pairs of jeans. As a girl with a chubby tummy its so nice to wear non-constricting jeans, to be able to bend down and tie my shoes without worrying about the integrity of the waist part of the jeans is lovely. Good customer service and really comfy clothes, thank you.

Had an uplifting experience at Just Jeans Springfield this morning. The staff (paula?) was fantastic! She helped this self conscious frumpy mum find a gorgeous outfit for an upcoming wedding. She's so good at building rapport I'm tempted to facebook stalk and friend her (don't worry, I won't). I will 100% shop here again and recommend this store to friends.

Extremely disappointed. The team member that was on today needs training in customer service. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to her to be there. I would of bought three pairs of jeans today but I would prefer to give my money to someone with better manners.
