Brit is absolutely amazing, my fitness level has improved so much and I've seen an amazing change in my body aswel!She will always encourage me to keep going which is great, she is great and there is always a laugh with her! The fact she is kid friendly is a massive bonus too!!!You will no regret going to Brit!

I started getting fit with Brit when my son was 6 weeks old, baby weight is stubborn but with Brits motivation I have been seeing consistent results! She is so supportive and she knows what you're capable of, even when you doubt yourself :)

i’m at brit almost every weekend and i see her amazing connection with clients and trying to help them reach their goals by pushing them to their limits! you can see from the faces of her clients they always enjoy coming and leaving with a big bright smile on their face, her environment is very kid friendly definitely recommend seeing her!
