A big thanks to Aaron and the team at Tingalpa. When we needed a Ronstan clutch block part at the 11th hour, that wasn't in stock! Aaron could have turned us away but no he went above and beyond by sourcing the part from a complete assembly. Thanks again Aaron.

Worst online shopping experience yet…! Happy to take my money for an out of stock item - there is no reference to stock online - then zero communication. Had to ring multiple times then Strung me along for a few weeks with no end in sight. Requested a refund which is still pending and now outside their 11-14 day period… more phone calls and no outcomesBuyers beware

Not very friendly, even rude.Visited the store yesterday to enquire about networking two Lowrance units and the young gentleman at the counter was very rude and quite frankly unhelpful. He did not appear to want to help in my opinion.His responses were very short and unnecessarily abrupt. Did not even attempt to understand what I was trying to achieve. His responses where just ‘No, can’t do it.’I tried to explain what i read in the manuals and from my own research on youtube etc what i was after but was repeatedly interrupted and told no, can’t happen.Went to BCF (around the corner) and the staff there was extremely helpful even to the extent that they called Lowrance to check and assist.And yes, despite all the NO’s from the store staff member i WAS able to setup my Lowrance network and got the data i wanted and understood to be available from reading the manuals.Not all people are specialists in the field etc but being treated in the manner experienced and being left to feel you are stupid for asking the questions I did was not not professional.

First time in this Store and I feel customer service, was the worst I have every received. The staff member was rude and just couldn't give the time or day of helping you out. I will NEVER enter this store, plus bad news travels fast, especially in the construction industry. I actually bought what I was looking for online. What a unprofessional business.

Very helpful staff. Fair range of products but quality can vary a lot between very good and just acceptable if you're in a jam. I can almost always get what I need.

The team at Boating and RV helped me kit out my new boat for compliance and all aspects of safety. The staff are very knowledgeable and spent the time weighing up and explaining options with us. There are other boat stores closer to home, but, I’d rather drive a little way and support a great business.

Good service and advice. Good range of products for most boating enthusiasts. Had some issues with the electrics on my boat and the guys went out of their way to help.

Great service, my sister bought some foul weather gear for me and underestimated my size. No problems returning and ordering the correct size. Very friendly and helpful staff.
