Amazing experience dealing with Dr Yen Huey Lim. Fantastic bedside manners, very thorough with her work. Looked into all aspects of my condition and managed my issue very well. Lengthy detailed discussions held pertaining to my presenting symptom with no time constraints and appropriate follow up plans. A definite 10/10 recommendation for this ethical, wealth of knowledge general practitioner.

The staff Indu and Ally are super friendly and helpful. They are willing to help and book me in the appointment suit my time better. Highly recommend Dr Sree ‘Kris’ Chowdavarapu, he listens and provides professional medical services. The medical center opens every Saturday between 8-12 as well. Bulk billing services is available.

Quality and caring medical staff. If you have a problem, all the time necessary to resolve your issue(s) is given to each patient. This of course may mean that some other patients might have to wait. However, the same opportunities for time with your GP applies.

I have always had great service at Health Watch Clinic in Cottesloe, with their service being over the top and always happy to help. Ever since they went private and have moved away from bulk billing they have changed. I had an appointment via Telehealth which was booked in with Dr Kris at 1:45pm. I called 45 mins post my appointment time at 2:30pm to be told he was running late and would call soon. Another 45 mins passes and I call again at 3:15pm, I am told that he chose to take walk in patients over seeing me at my scheduled appointment time and that he wouldn’t be available for a while. I told them at 10am when I booked the appointment that I needed my scripts refilled prior to EOB hours as I was flying the next day and needed to go to the chemist as well. I finally call at 3:25 and get forwarded through to Dr Kris after 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting, for a 50 second conversation to refill all 3x prescriptions and then he hangs up. He was blunt and didn’t seem to care at all that he had affected my day, sitting and waiting for my phone to ring for almost 2 hrs. He didn’t apologise either. I have never been treated so poorly before with no communication from the receptionists or the doctor to explain why my scheduled appointment had been completely ignored. My once high rating and love of this clinic has now been severely changed based on this one interaction, I am truely shocked.

My family have gone to Health Watch Clinic in Cottesloe for over 12 months and are very happy with their services. We've seen multiple doctors at this location and all but one have been very kind, knowledgeable, and warm. The doctors are generally punctual and the front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

I've found that it was good however contact reassurance is extremely lacking. They are good for your energy day things but when it comes to urgent situations where only your doctor can resolve the issue then they aren't there. No response no follow up dumb diddly squat is what you get

I hav always found th staff and doctors to be friendly, helpful and very professional. I was therefore very disappointed when i heard of my sister inlaws experience wth.Dr. Huey Lim. She had attended wth. a very swollen face and itchy neck, when asking for a medical certificate for 2days, she was refused as Dr. Lim said she had not seen her before and therefore couldnt tell whether it was swollen or not. She made no effort to find the cause of her condition and dispatched her with the advice to take some antihistamines . My sister inlaw was very upset.

Dr Kris was absolutely fabulous with my baby and family. Always made time to see my son even when he was busy. We have now moved house so can no longer attend this clinic but would highly recommend Dr Kris!

Ive seen Dr Sree 'Kris' Chowdavarapu at Cottesloe (Peppermint Grove) twice now (2018). Both expereinces have left me feeling comfortable and confident in the practice and my ongoing healthcare therein. I made appointments for travel vaccinations and concerns about my Iron levels. I don't feel as if I'm being rushed out of the appointment, my concerns are listened to, the various options for my specific needs were explained to me and discussed in all aspects. I highly recommend this GP and the clinic bulk bill (which is great for travel medicine, as you're then only paying for the actual vaccines). Thank you for your care, knowledge and understanding.
