Carvine smash repairs

I have been to Carvine Smash Repairs twice for not at fault claims through insurance. Both experiences have been great. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and both times my car has been returned with all damages fixed perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone needing smash repair services.

A massive shout-out to Carvine people and to Steve in particular for doing a great job repairing my new Swift after a ute backed into it smashing the headlight and ripping through the hood and the right fender. My insurance company sent me to another repairer, but after reading reviews about them and Carvine I decided to change for Carvine and I did not regret it. The speed and quality of work were impressive, but even more satisfying was the professional and friendly attitude of the team. As I was leaving the car with them I pointed to a couple of minor issues as a result of the impact which were easy to miss behind the big damage. Not a single issue was left without attention. The car looks like new again. A fun fact: the replaced headlight is now better aligned giving a better pool of light compared to how it was from the factory. Overall, very happy with the service. My car was in an accident and the previous panel repair shop wasn't that keen to sort it out.Toyota Hilux dual cab,with some decent front end damage.I spoke to Steve and said I needed my car for work and asked what the time frame for repairs would be as an approximation,it didn't look good.With the hard working Steve and his crew I got my car back in less than 2 weeks and was updated a few times in that period as to the progress.Some really good old fashioned customer service and a more genuine guy you would struggle to meet.I explained my situation to them and they went above and beyond.Like a new car now.Thanks everyone involved cheers Graham

All my smash repairs have been done at CarvineAlways happy with the service and workmanship.

After parking my car in our residential laneway because no room in our apartment carpark (which is rare), we found that the car was: 1. severely scraped on one panel behind passenger door which continued onto passenger door; and 2. large and hard dents in the passnger door with further bumps and scratches. Said issues were either caused by one incident or two, we and the insurance inspectors were not 100% sure. Steve, owner of Carvines, was fantastic in that he managed to have both incidents repaired as one saving me time and money. Further, following said repairs, we cannot see any eveidence of the incidents with the whole passenger door being replaced. Other little scrapes which were caused by us throigh wear and tear were also covered up by Steve after paonting the car. Extremely happy with thr result! Absolutely recommend this wonderful family business. Went over and above what was required.

These guys fixed my car up quick.Originally NRMA towed my car somewhere else where they messed around for 4 weeks and couldn't fix it. They moved it here and they did it in a week. Very professional, actually followed up with us and followed through on their promise on pick up date.

My car was damaged and was directed to the repairer at Marrickville by the insurance company due to distances. It took 2.5 weeks for the repair and to my surprise, there were new damages when I picked up the car and the repair quality was very poor. I then requested my car to be repaired at Carvine smash repairs as I have been there twice in the past when I had car accidents. Every time their service was top quality and the repair work was completed with perfect condition within a short time frame. The communication from the staff there were very professional and friendly. The owner Steve has always been very professional and helpful. I even got my car repaired on the same day and the repair quality is just so prefect. I would highly recommend anyone who has the needs to repair their cars to this place. Helpful and friendly. I dropped by this garage this afternoon for advice on how to proceed with a repair. The guys were great - quickly scoped what was happening and came up with a temporary solution on the spot, as well as advice on how to tackle it long term. Completely understand why they are highly recommended locally!
