Giant Invitations

I am so thrilled with my invitations from giant invitations! The customer service was fantastic, we popped into the store without an appointment and were looked after immediately and the lovely lady in there took her time to go through all the samples with us. The design process was so smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!

The invitations and quality are absolutely stunning but we were so disappointed with the customer service we received. I had so much trouble getting in touch to chase my quote as well as follow up the progress and it made the whole process extremely stressful.The invitations we received were different to the proof that i approved but thankfully this was more of an aesthetic error and I could still send my invitations out.I had been planning to also organise our menus and seating charts though Giant but unfortunately my experience, and the experience of those I had suggested Giant to has made me completely lose confidence in them.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Attila and his team helped support us through the whole process and even though we were under needed the invites prepared with such a short turnaround they were able to go above and beyond what was necessary to fulfil our order. I'd have no hesitation at all in recommending them to anyone.

Ordered invitations for my 21st birthday, everything was truly customisable to my likings. The whole process was very quick but not rushed, and the whole Giant team was very reliable and efficient. The pre designed designs for invitations were stunning. Made my 21st experience a lot easier for me.

If I could give a zero I would. I strongly recommend you not to use this business.Although the invitations I received were lovely. The fight it took to get them was beyond a joke. I’m still waiting on parts of my order and cannot send out invitations yet.The only person I could contact was “Jon” via phone and email. And after weeks and weeks of me chasing her and her never getting back to me. Never actually following through on her promising. Multiple components of my order were missing and every week I’m contacting them again and again only to be told the same thing. We are sorry. It will be there soon. And I ask for a follow up phone call or text or email to keep me updated. Only for a week or more to pass and no word from them. We paid them hundreds of dollars for our wedding invitations. And they have really ruined what should have been an exciting time.I can see from other reviews that I am not the only person to experience this from them. I only wish I read reviews before ordering.Do not use this business!!

I have been holding off on this review and given giant invitations many opportunities to rectify their errors but enough is enough! I purchased my wedding invites from them which were beautiful. Went to pick them up in store. When we came home, we immediately assembled them and noticed there were some envelopes missing, including a names envelope. I contacted them immediately. They sent the blank ones however didn’t bother with the named envelope. I messaged a few times with reminders and even called twice to which I kept hearing they would escalate it and get back to me- never happened to this day!I then noticed that we were missing 4 wishing well cards which I told them about too.Earlier this year before the invitation drama, I paid a deposit for a seating chart, welcome sign and placecards. After all of this, we decided we couldn’t trust the company to be stress free and called to cancel the order. Was told to send through banking details and it would be processed by the end of the week. 2 weeks later and nothing. I’ve Facebook messaged 3-4 times to which I’m being left on read and ignored. My emails have been ignored. And yesterday I was left on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on! How do I get my money back from this company?! They’ve literally been nothing but a headache

I came across Giant Invitations at the Melbourne Wedding Expo and was promised that if I placed an order with them I would receive a number of discounts and free products. As part of the expo they were also offering sample packs. I had ordered several samples to have a look at before making my decision and Giant Invitations supposedly sent them out but I never received them. I then proceeded to visit their studio to see their products in person. I had made my selection and they were going to send me through a quote, which they did the next day. The quote did not mention any of the discounts I was promised so I had responded querying about the discounts and requesting a quote for some additional products I wanted and I never received a response. It has now been 2 weeks, I have followed up about 4 times and have not heard back. They are extremely unprofessional and provide poor customer service. I would not recommend trusting them with such an important day and task! So disappointed.

I don’t know where to begin from but Val customer support has been an absolute angel. Trying to plan for a wedding is one thing and perfecting it is another task plus working full time but all this wouldn’t have been made possible without Val consistent support and help. She’s so patient and was literally one of the few people that have managed to put up with me. She always fulfilled what I have asked in the time I have expected to have things done. Always there to answer my emails and phone calls and kept all the positivity and the very helpful attitude. Thank you so much Val for everything you’ve done for me and for the wonderful design; thank you for being the reason behind having my guests saying “they’re the best invitation they’ve received!”Aya :)

This is a scam company! I wish I could give them a zero rating. Don’t even bother with getting invitations from this company they will not send samples out, the customer service is terrible I have had to call up numerous times in the last month requesting for the ETA on just the samples to be delivered. Save yourself the stress and order your invitations elsewhere.Also, the delivery address has already been confirmed three times via email. If it’s this hard to send samples- I can’t imagine how difficult it would be for your company to provide the ACTUAL wedding invitations to clients.

Poor service. Was told 12 business days for printing and shipping but took 30 days to ship. No communication about delays. Was emailed prints could be collected from site on Saturday and we sent confirmation email to say we will collect in person only to be told on Friday (day before) that they had shipped the product. Now we have to wait for the postage up to 4 business days. They are extremely difficult to contact.Not impressed at all.
