Got my Samsung S10 screen protector changed and it has a line going through it. It also wraps around the back of my phone. Not very happy with the staff there, I tried multiple times to get it changed there and the first time I was refused. Only came back because my family went there.

Went to get my iPhone 7+ screen fixed, the next morning I had noticed it had a small crack near the bottom of the screen. This crack then got bigger so went back that day and the lady said “ I don’t know how you you use it” and refused to cover it in the warranty. Poor service and very rude.I didn’t expect it to be how it used to be but at least not have a faulty screen and the warranty not even cover it. Don’t recommend going here at all.0 stars is what this place deserves.

This shop is not mobile repair this shop is to make ur mobile damage I didn’t check the reviews before visiting this shop as I was in rush went to work as I was casualy work in the Center gave them my wife Samsung galaxy for display change when I went to pick my phone the back cover was not fixed properly and then the major part was the camera stopped working when I asked them they trying to make excuse saying the camera not working from before may be as we didn’t checked the screen was black when u bring the phone. As I was having 1 day before picture in the phone as camera was working perfectly they didn’t even checked as they know they did some thing wrong with the phone while fixing the display I request all customers near by Mandurah to be careful before giving ur mobile for repair to this shop

Totally agreed with Melissa Roe. Very rude and arrogant staff. Bought a tempered glass for my mobile phone. Came off by itself. Went back to the shop and instantly got bombarded by the lady .... I don't know how you use it". How else would one use a tempered glass except leaving it on to do it's job??? Am really puzzled. Felt more like a victim instead of a valued customer. Very disappointed indeed."
