Great experience! Glen went above and beyond to get it right.

Very poor experience at this 'Design' shop. Had a simple request to output a file from PDF and mount. It came back scuffed and cut crooked, not to dimension with a white border that was never requested...which was 6mm on one edge and 2mm on another, only to be told by the owner (Terry) that this job was given to a junior employee and no quality control in place. The excuse given to me was that the job only worth $60 therefore no importance was placed on the workmanship.I was also told by the owner that in his opinion this was totally acceptable as he has been in business since the 70's therefore everything is fine" and he was not interested in implementing any type of quality control checks going forward ....Keep it up guys
