Lots of insects at night, people driving fast, most of all that statue is terrible, money that could of been useful elsewhere, such as a soup kitchen or something.

Stay away from buying a block in this development, the red tape will keep you, your builder, architect and engineer busy for at least a year, before any work can start. Latest step in our 16 month journey involves waiting weeks for an electrical plan to be reviewed and given developer approval, a uinque requirement for government initiated developments, wish we had bought a finished housd instead.
